The instructor was great! She explained everything so well. The other instructor with her was great too! They both were very patient.
I really enjoyed both classes I attended! I had never attend any kind of yoga class before and both instructors that I had were awesome! I'm an extreme yoga beginner and I didn't feel uncomfortable or judged about how very unflexible I am.
I love Yoga Stand! Instructors are so kind and the studio is so peaceful.
