It was an excellent class, lots of new sequences that built in intensity. I did want to commend/thank the instructor who set the tone with her thoughts before the class. She was talking about "plans," and "going with the flow," and how our plans don't always work out, and how we deal with that. I wanted to ask her if she had seen the movie "Parasite?" If she hasn't, she might find the various messages in it thought provoking...
