Always a positive experience. I thought the Vinyasa 1 class was particularly excellent.
Elizabeth was awesome. Her cues were great, and I loved being able to maximize the practice to my own level. And the music was great too! :)

Easy class booking and payment through the app, welcoming atmosphere with plenty of props for yoga/mats available bid needed, staff are very knowledgeable and helpful for all levels. Wonderful yoga community.
Sonoma and Trudi are excellent teachers! Their classes are the ones I have been attending.
