Small class, clean, equipment to borrow, approachable teachers and class mates. Easy check in. Great music. I've only had D snd Elizabeth so far and can't wait for Trudi and Sara. Hope to meet all instructors soon.
All of the instructors I have had are very knowledgeable, kind, encouraging and friendly. They give detailed descriptions (and repeat on other days ) about the separate body parts used, explain how a body part should feel in a position, break down positions so that the position is done correctly. I like that they correct me when I do something incorrectly. The studio is clean and organized. Love it there
Loved the classes, loved the teachers, and I feel a million times better for having gone.
