The Yoga Room always provides me with an hour and fifteen minutes of peace, quiet and a welcomed break from the everyday madness that is life!

I would actually give it an 8. The instructor was great, helpful knowledgeable and didn't go to fast. Helped me when needed. My only complaint is the room was too hot. It wasn't the Warming class but felt very hot. Again, we still enjoyed the class
