The instructors were clear and the poses were contiguous and thoughtful. I truly enjoyed the class.

I love all the classes I take, 4 a week. Each class is different and I feel my mind and body much improved in the 14 months I've been going. I never dreamed yoga would be something I'd look forward to and stick with.
