I love the atmosphere at Yoga Central and Rhonda is an outstanding Yogi 😊
It was a very welcoming place. My experience last night (Urban Zen) really capped what I was hoping to achieve on a day I wanted to de-stress. I overslept the following day something I haven't done in a long time.
The class was wonderful, everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back!
Because everything can be improved upon
