Welcoming atmosphere, encouragement of practice for yourself.
Hmm, I don't go to many yoga classes and I appreciate that I can try a new one and made to feel comfortable going to that class. The teachers so far have been just great.
The cheerful and encouraging attitude of each and every teacher makes each person feel empowered and that everything is doable, on some level. Also, the feeling of camaraderie makes for such a comfortable setting, it’s easy to feel good about coming, even though it can be hard! For people that I talk to, on my level, the most important thing is to find a place where you feel welcomed, so that you keep coming!
Also, the clean and well equipped space makes each session so nice!
Great facility and teachers
Jodee makes each practice fresh and challenging. I learn, or am reminded of, at least one point/philosophy at each practice. The gentle, fun way Jodee conveys what she is learning makes her a fabulous teacher all-around.
