• I appreciate your offering of Gentle Yoga. I have found the Columbus market to be saturated with power yoga which doesn't even 'feel' like yoga to me. I have been out of my practice for more than 2 years now due to 2 major injuries, and I needed a very gentle place to land to begin piecing my body back together. I found 2 places in my area that offer 'gentle yoga'. While the other business offers more accessible Gentle Yoga class times for my schedule, I ultimately chose Yoga Loft because many of your teachers are professionals with backgrounds in the medical field. I have a general mistrust of yoga teachers because of an incident where one of my injuries was exacerbated by a yoga instructor who approached me out of my line of sight and physically pulled me into a position that my body could not handle.
