• I really enjoy the Yoga Loft. The teachers I've had are very good and nice. I've enjoyed my classes there. I would really love a Flow class in the evening, I'm really difficult in a sense, I'm very traditional, I can do a Slow Flow, I can do a Power class, but my favorite class is a traditional Flow class. I'd love a Flow offering to supplement the other classes.
