• My mother and I dropped in for a class yesterday evening. The studio was warm, clean & inviting and the teacher was knowledgeable and highly engaged in the class. The pace of the class was perfect for us (relatively new to yoga), with just the right amount of stretching and flow. We loved every minute of it and will definitely be back!
