• I went to my first class led by Abbe. She challenged us but also made sure everyone was comfortable with the poses by offering helpful modifications and/or adjustments. She is a really sweet person too!

The teachers are great about providing modifications for my shoulder injury and medical device. They challenge us to push beyond physical and mental barriers to grow our practice and ourselves. • I've practiced yoga at home for many years. Yoga Loft was the first studio I tried when it was recommended that I go to group classes to help treat anxiety and depression symptoms. I immediately loved the safe and welcoming space, the variety of different level classes and times, and the incredibly compassionate and peaceful instruction. I am so lucky to have found a yoga home on the first try and I would encourage anyone to come for a class there, and if it isn't for them, to give feedback and have a conversation. It is an open and welcoming space for all.
