• The instructor Abbe does a wonderful job flowing from pose to pose, giving excellent instruction and tips. I always appreciate that she walks around and helps everyone with small adjustments to improve their poses. It's such a relaxing yet complete workout. I also enjoy the environment in the loft. The atmosphere in the candlelight flow class is so refreshing.
