I totally enjoy going to yoga. I find it very relaxing, I like the way Kim teaches the classes. I took the beginning classes with her and felt totally ready once I joined in regular classes. The atmosphere is great and everyone is friendly.

The classes are as described, I took a vinyasaclass and it excellent I sit all day at work so it was exactly what I needed!lots movement and strengthen some of the muscles I don't move all day. A Mistake a lot of studios make Is that the classes are not as advertised You go in for an advanced class And end up getting a beginner with a very poor teachings skills. I do have to say the instructors on each of your classes are great I would say very creative seasoned and friendly they do know what they're doing 😊 If you want a vigorous class or just a slow flow I think people will definitely get that here. Absolutely love this studio!!
