It was the best way to kick off my birthday yesterday. I felt extremely welcomed as soon as I stepped into class. Miriam and Karen were both wonderful. I love how they took the time to walk around the room to give corrections. Instructions were thorough and I felt super relaxed and accomplished at the end of class. I cannot wait for my next class!🫶🏽
