I love coming to the Yoga loft. I have had experiences with several different level 1 teachers and I have found that they are all very knowledgeable, attentive and kind. There is a clear progression in the lessons and a sense that the beginning has led to the end. A very excellent place to practice yoga. I am grateful for the experience. Debbie S.
