I took the community class with Brooke. She is wonderful! Such a great teacher. I hope she teaches that class for a very very long time. I think she will draw many customers to the Yoga Loft.

I attended the chair yoga class on Friday after being gone from Yoga due to hand surgery & arthritis issues. Miriam was terrific! She guided me through the class making sure I was doing the poses correctly and gave me hints on alternate ways to not put strain on my joints & hand. I got the best out of it & felt as if I had a great workout in the end. I look forward to attending any of her future classes!

You have a great selection of instructors and classes, varied and the instructors are experienced. Everyone is encouraging and if you are new, you don't feel like an outsider. The space is large with various rooms and reception area. Also good parking behind the venue (not at the Ace hard ware store parking). Thats it - Bedlum

Ive visited the Yoga Loft in the past but very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable instructors. I have always enjoyed attending your studio and will attend more regularly now that my Hellertown Studio has closed.
