Deanna was fantastic and gave such a multi-dimensional class with lots of great modifications! My Husband has an injured back and she even stayed after class to help show him a few stretches he can do at home to help ease his discomfort ❤️

I love the Yoga Loft. It is hands down the best place for yoga in the Lehigh Valley. The instructors and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The other members are warm and welcoming. The classes are challenging and satisfying. I love the space itself. All around, a great experience.
