• Kath offered a lovely and gentle slow flow, incorporating mind, body and soul. A beautiful and uplifting way to start the day. The only reason for -1 is the acknowledgment that some people would not able to access the stairs. In saying that, I personally love the space; it feels like coming home and everyone is welcoming and inclusive. Thank you yoga loft. You truely are special ✨🪷🌸
