The way she makes helpful suggestions and corrections throughout the class is a skill in itself, and also demonstrates that her focus is on the participants.   • Very easy booking service. Felt very welcome at the studio. The teacher was helpful in her instructions and options. One if best Yin Class I have ever been too because the poses were made to be very accessible with options and props. I felt so relaxed after the session
