• Many reasons :) : Thoughtful/fun/varied/wonderful instructors and fellow yogis; a light-filled, safe environment; and, it has enabled and continues to enable me in many ways, both internally (e.g. increasing my strength and flexibility, managing stressful situations, being ok with discomfort etc.) and externally (e.g. increasing my self-confidence, such that I'm happy to try out experiences I previously, probably wouldn't have had the courage to raise my hand to).
