• I choose this score because Caitleen conducted the workshop in professional way. I explain: 1. She is very sweet lady and welcome every body with a radious smile. 2. She is very knowledgeable and the explanation about yoga, history, the benefets and the evolution of it to this day in the western society, has been essential and very interesting. 3. She is funny and relaxed. 4. She has the ability to explain the asanas in great details, with alternative poses, this is very thoughtful gesture considering the different levels of body skills. 5. She pays attention to the needs, struggle and the correction necessary. 6. She was enlightened the aspects of some asanas in correlation to others teachers and her and how they were differe with her believes and experiences compare the others teachers. 7. She is very passionate and spiritual towards this wonderful practice. 8. She is able to guide the energy of the mind and the heart inside the body and enhance the potential of everyone. 8. She gives the opportunity to choose a particular asanas. 9. She gives the opportunity to ask questions. 10. Very profound and relaxing environment. Only one little thing, some time it was a bit hard for me to understand. She has very beautiful and soft voice, but I could not hear all the words, I think also because my italian background contribute.
