• Great classes, variety of styles and vigorousness but most importantly excellent instructors - Clear and helpful descriptions of the poses, body position, weight distribution, meditation/relaxation tips. It's been 3 months of focusing on my time on the mat bringing some peace amid the current chaos, thanks for being there and continuing to provide such wonderful classes!
