Because I love both the teacher that taught the class and the owner that owns the studio how can I give either of them less than a 10😉

I love the instructor Cara. As soon as I walk into the room I am able to completely surrender my thoughts and focus on Cara's instruction. She makes sure to check on each of her clients, making sure they are in the correct form/position to reap the benefits of her class. She also wants to hear from us, if we're not comfortable or unsure of what the pose is. The studio in and of itself exudes such a beautiful feeling. I love the energy of the Yoga Barn! I love the way I feel during and after Cara's class!
