My instructor, Maureen, was excellent! Her foundations class was exactly that. She explained various Yoga poses, what they meant and why we were doing them and how they were helpful to me.She also adapted specific movements for me that I am not yet skilled that. It was a total mind and body practice
I enjoyed the yoga class and learned about Ayurvedic cooking
