I’m a beginner and really appreciate how the instructors are sensitive to this and explain asanas thoroughly and thoughtfully. It’s easy to recommend The Yoga Bar and yoga in general to people as the benefits are many and the results are real. I like yin yoga as a great introduction to the world of yoga and look forward to expanding out from there :)
