The Yoga Bar felt like home. Everyone was so friendly, kind and welcoming - truly a breath of fresh air during these challenging times. The class was excellent. I'm new to yoga (which was quite evident during the class) however Marcus did a great job leading everyone and was also attentive to me by providing some great direction throughout.
