Jessica is amazing! She had a soothing and inviting voice. Her flow is easy to keep up with and she always gives you options. She makes an inclusive atmosphere where you don't have to feel self conscious. I love the slow and stretchy class because it's slower paced but still challenging your muscles. The Woods is always super organized, clean, warm, and comfortable. Thank you!
