The instructor was fantastic. The facilities were clean and well designed. Front desk staff informative and friendly. I have already registered for my second class
I chose 10 because 12 wasn't an option. Great studio, terrific class, awesome practice. Love my new red bottom mat. Felt at home straight away.
The yoga is amazing! It's exercise and therapy all in one. 😊 Anthony does an awesome job encouraging us to challenge ourselves without going to far. It's the best!
