Lindsay was a great instructor, it was my first time and she was super helpful in making adjustments on my form or giving me the "beginner" option on more advanced moves. The facility was very nice and clean and felt welcoming. The price point is about what I would expect from a workout class like this (about the same as other workout classes I've done) and I like that they offer a $10 first class.
