My instructor,Tamika, was incredibly welcoming and helpful in getting me set up on the new machine (previously I had only taken classes on the older mega-former) the class was challenging and I felt like Tamika really knew how to communicate and transition the moves from one to the next. And the studio was incredibly clean.
