I feel the effects today and I wasn't even doing everything correctly. Only thing that is hard is I'm used to listening to instructions but the mic muffles voices and it's hard to follow.

I appreciated the welcoming environment. Despite the amount of people I still feel like I got a personalized service. Samantha was sweet and attentive. As someone who's never done Pilates I loved it even though my body hated me the next day !
