I had no experience with Pilates, much less Lagree. It was everything I expected and more. Instructor was thorough and explained what I needed to know in order to do the class successfully, and she corrected form when needed.

It is an easy to follow class, it is very challenging and I liked the atmosphere that was created during class. While it was not easy, I still felt relaxed and confident during class.
