It was my daughters first time ever to work out and mine at a class like this. All of the ladies there were amazing and the instructors were great and encouraging So awesome to be around a group like that. May daughter and I both signed up for 10 classes We will be at our second class tomorrow. I've always been a weight and trainer girl but this workout kicked my butt and I fee it today in places weight training couldn't touch.

It is clear that my body is effected in a different way than any other exercise I have done before. The method clearly works as it is difficult for me to type this text while my entire body shakes as I just stand here. Also, Megan, the instructor, is so positive and encouraging that I am convinced she is from another planet where the year 2020 does not and will never exist. So all and all The Woodlands Lagree is totally tubular and Super Groovy.
