• This visit at The Wellness Clinic at Life Quest was as exciting and enjoyable as every visit that I have.The instructor for the RPM class is very good at motivating you to get going during class and of course always emphasizing on enjoying the workout safely! The same goes for the class for the ages I enjoy it for the same reasons,the instructor is very knowledgeable and safety oriented and fun.Also The Wellness Clinic at Life Quest is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful and courteous!
