• I like the fact that there are several class options to choose from, which makes it easy to fit workouts into my schedule. The wellness clinic is also a huge benefit-especially the red bed, which I've found relaxing and helpful for overall recovery and well-being. It's great having everything in one place! Let's not forget the pool, sauna, and cold plunge.
