• I have been taking the Fitness for the Ages class for quite some time and am so impressed with the commitment and teaching of Kristen and Ariel. I also take my grandson, Charlie, to Kids' Club while I work out. The staff there is so attentive to him. I especially appreciate the work of Rebecca in Kids' Club. She's very kind, caring and patient with the kids.
