• I have been taking the Fitness for the Ages class for quite some time and am so impressed with the commitment and teaching of Kristen and Ariel. I also take my grandson, Charlie, to Kids' Club while I work out. The staff there is so attentive to him. I especially appreciate the work of Rebecca in Kids' Club. She's very kind, caring and patient with the kids.

• I love the red bed, it's made a huge difference in my health. Magon and Lisa are both compassionate and supportive to helping me meet my goals and they brighten my day when I'm in a lot of pain.
