• I love water aerobics

• I have good experiences in the lap pool. I have one suggestion. The lifeguards play music and I enjoy it for the most part but it's been getting louder and louder. And since most of the members are seniors in the morning, the music could be a little more mellow. Im not against rock or jazz or whatever. I don't like the loud headbanging stuff. Today I got a head ache because it was loud and it echos over the water. It's usually fun to exercize to the beat of music.
