• About 30 years ago I jammed my neck and until last week I was unable to turn my head very far to the right without turning my shoulders. After two sessions with Janet the stiffness in my neck is beginning to subside; if anyone is experiencing a stiff neck I recommend that you give Heidi's Wellness and Massage Therapy a try.

• Love Heidi Ella Wellness. Best massage I have had. I see Kat and Heidi and they most definitely have the magic touch. The studio has a great ambience. Relaxing and soothing environment. I have had massages at many places in the DC metro area and the experience is usually one of being rushed. Not here. They take their time with you and I truly feel like they want me to have the best experience.
