• I went to Heidi to relieve shoulder pain using myofascial release massage. She did a thorough review of my medical problems and performed a wonderful massage that has really helped to relieve my pain. I was very impressed with her professionalism, technique and the atmosphere in the wellness center. I highly recommend Heidi and myofascial release massage.

• Heidi is amazing! After having a great prenatal massage with her last year, I went back for a wellness massage as a stressed new Mom and left feeling absolutely wonderful! She really listens to exactly what areas you are experiencing tension/stress/pain in and really out-does herself in not only relieving yourself of any discomfort, but actually finding the root problems and focusing on those. I will absolutely be coming back!
