• Alaina worked on the muscles that were deep and hard to get at which makes a difference in how you feel. They find where the soreness originates and work on that which in turn gets rid of where your soreness shows up (sore knees for me is my I.T. Band is tight). Thanks for keeping me upright!!!

• The staff communicates very well. They seem to really care about the patient. My first therapist referred me to another therapist with whom she thought I would be a better fit, and she was right. That shows that the team there cares about the patients(clients). I can definitely see why the spa has grown so much over the last few years. Also it's very comfortable and homey (not stuffy and fancy). I liked the fireplace in the massage room.
