• Always a friendly greeting. Wax times are accurate. Always ready for me when I come. Love bringing my dog. I can count on a 15 min wax time

• Enjoyed the majority of the experience, the only disappointing factor was the beaver jelly mask. It's advertised as 20 min, but I timed it and only had the mask on for 7 min.
