• No grace period, $20 charge to move appointment 10 mins out when the spots are open and available plus an extra charge if 5 mins late. Ridiculous that they dont allow to make accommodations to avoid being late and find any way to upcharge in this instance. Otherwise I LOVE THIS PLACE!
