• From booking my appointment online to walking into the shop and being greeted by the manager was just a very easy and welcoming experience. My technician was a lovely person who explained the concept behind the experience. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I can’t wait until my next visit.

• I would say the only reason I docked a point would be comfort. My back was sore from the straight up and down bench seat rather than the recliner chairs a lot of salons use, and the bucket for my feet had me using my leg muscle to hold both legs back a little in order to keep my foot on top of it or else the bucket would tip forward if I put my full weight down so I couldn’t completely relax my leg unless they were all the way out (leg straight) which wasn’t possible during the nail painting and shaping . My nails looked great and the woman took her time to assure a nice experience. They were very kind to my daughter as well who cant wait to go back!
