I am rating W Nail Bar an 7. My nail technician Gracie was very friendly, professional & great quality of work. However the salon NEEDS to work on client service. This was my first visit to W Nail Bar. I had a prescheduled visit. I arrived to check-in 4 mins early. I waited 7 mins before someone came to the receptionist desk for check-in. The other techs that I could clearly see didn't even acknowledge me. Oddly a DSW associate asked me if I needed assistance with getting service from the nail bar. I will come back because I like my technician Gracie. Her service & workmanship deserves a 10. But overall salon customer service needs improvement!

Jess was great! The place is very clean and I feel very safe from Covid when I am there. The price is higher than what I use to pay at another place but you get what you pay for. Excellent service!!!! Thank you Jess!
