The Vital Stretch® is the only program of its kind to offer individualized assisted stretching treatment for Myofascial Release - Massage Stretch Therapy - Stretch Therapy The Vital Stretch® is a program of assisted stretching, where one of our Certified Stretch Practitioners will help you get the most out of each full body stretch. Worried your stretcher will push you too far? Don't. We tailor each session to meet your individual goals and your body's specific needs. Our certified stretch-practitioners are all Licensed Massage Therapists and/or hold the highest level of personal training certifications through NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM so you can have confidence who is putting motion and stretch into your body. As your body progresses (i.e. becomes looser) so, too, will each stretch. We'll take into account your age, phase of life and level of conditioning. We'll never force your body into a stretch it is not ready to do. First of all, Evan knows what he's doing. My back has been hurting every morning for the last 4 months at least. I woke up this morning feeling like I don't remember feeling in a while. Whatever Evan did, I'm glad he helped because now I feel free from the back pain and I can't wait to go back. Like he said, when you're done here you are going to feel so much better, with the right steps we are going to get you feeling great. Thanks brodie. Much appreciated.

My experience at vital stretch was nothing short of amazing. Both my husband and I found the vital stretch energizing. We both workout and we both have felt stiff after a workout. We've tried message but it helped only temporarily and didn't help our muscle aches. Our stretch was wonderful. We both felt fantastic when we left and plan on returning weekly. So worth it. The staff was completely professional and friendly and our therapist was caring and effective. If you value your health and well being... the vital stretch is for you!

Evan is great. The stretch provided much needed relief that is longer lasting than a massage. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Office is conveniently located with plenty of parking.
