• When I finished the seminar I attended I asked the front desk if anything else was need via payment and they said no. About 30 mins later I received a call stating I didn't pay and the card on file was charged. I was fine with the card on file being charged but the front desk should be more attentive or aware when guests are checking out. Thank you.
