• I had my face waxed , not even realizing I should not have done that before my facial. When I got there we decided that a facial was not in my best interest so you accommodated me by letting me use the salt room free of charge while I waited for my sister to finish her facial. Excellent customer service. I am a repeat customer and that just totally sealed the deal. Thank you so much.
