• For me, the heated room, stretching and sweating is the reason I prefer hot yoga to other types of fitness, but I also love the positive atmosphere, words of encouragement, continuity in staff (coaching), quotes and phrases on the walls and merchandise and the overall upbeat, positive vibe :) Over the years, I've also noticed that the clientele seems to be more inclusive. All ages, sizes and shapes have started to catch on. It's a program any one can participate in. Any thoughts on a fourth branch? I live in Alamo Ranch ;)
