• Because Mark is awesome as are all of the Union's instructors. I have been practicing on and off since 2008 in and around Southern California in several studios in Los Angeles and Palm Springs. The Union's team and the experience I have had as a client is objectively superior to anything I have experienced before. (And I wasn't born yesterday!). The instructors are kind and have an ability to interact with their students that I have not experienced before. This enables me to listen and improve, and as a result, feel better! I could go on but I think I have made my point. Thank you to Latoya, Tanya, Mark, Kat, Katy, Laura, Dorothy, Anna and I think I am forgetting a couple, but you get the point. • Instructors have great Yoga practice. I go to Lisa Preston's Thursday class in between my CrossFit. She is so calming and you get a great workout each and every time!
